Originally from French-speaking Switzerland, the Bavaud family decided to take over a farm and produce quality grapes and wines. Xavier, Martine, and Valentin arrived on August 27, 2020. The vineyards had already been converted to organic farming. The family's objective is to produce wines on the property and be the smallest certified organic farm in South Africa.
